Pretty excellent little playhouse. We didn't want a plastic house, so went with this. Arrived quickly and the instructions were decent. Fair warning, though - be sure you've got a drill or driver, and some clamps, if you expect to do this yourself. There are some steps (accurately flagged as 2 person steps in the instructions) that need 2 people; or in my case, clamps. Also want to mention that the mfg is very responsive. Adorable little blue house. Minus one star because the Welcome sign was missing, and so was some paint in small areas, but overall it is perfect. It took my husband and I about 3.5 hours to put it together with a cordless screwdriver and the included bit. The measurements are in mm, but once we realized it didn’t have to be exactly exact, we converted it pretty easily to inches. The predrilled holes and labeled parts were definitely a plus! This house is adorable! Talk about bougie little kids dream 🤣 Grandparents bought this for my daughter's third birthday and it did not disappoint. Took Pappy around two hours to build, he only needed my help to put the roof on and make sure things looked square. Doorbell does not need batteries (they were included), and the inside kitchen set and accessories were perfect. Go step by step and turn your drill torque down so you don't over tighten and split any wood with the screws! Everything was labeled and in the appropriate order. Great quality materials and very clear instructions. We had no problem putting it together. My only complaint is that the doggie door is almost impossible to put on when it tells you to. This is a beautiful playhouse. I built it myself and had never built something like this before. It took be the whole day but I’m happy with the end result. I was worried when I got the package because it said “play kitchen” but it was the correct item.

Watched video before assembly v. Went smooth as they stated showing everything in the instructions as all parts are easily numbered and some extra parts Incase as well. Very happy with end result. Tool about 3 hours like it said but had fun with kids and daughter doing it as well.
