Do NOT buy this! It worked for a total of about 30 days, and only used about 4 times before the plug that charges it completely broke and fell apart. And the window to return has closed (30 days), go figure. Its not at all kid safe or built with good enough material for a child to use.

The media could not be loaded. I was specifically looking for a laptop with a color screen because it seemed like all I could find for kids was a pixelated black and white screen! This was a perfect match! It came fully charged and ready to play with! It can run off batteries or be used with the charger. Also comes with a mouse or you can unplug and use the touch pad. The games are cute and educational! My 5 y/o is partial to the math games. It took him a little playing to figure out how to navigate through the menus but once got it, he felt like it was a real laptop just for him!
