    • High quality mobile phone mount with wireless charging
I am using this product for about a week now, having moved from a dedicated Garmin Nav system to my mobile phone. Initial impressions were quite positive. Seems like very high quality materials and fit and finish, including the cable and the two port charging plug. I am mounting this on the car dash vents. There is a compression clamp which opens when pressed and clamps down on the vent slat when released. I found the attachment above average, very secure for everyday use. Much better than the clamps with preset (thick and thin) settings depending on which way you move the vertical lever, if you take my meaning. It takes some practice to center the phone in the correct position to initiate the wireless charging, but once I got it, it is very easy to replicate. (I am using a Google Android phone). A friend of mine tried it out with his iphone 10 without issue. The clamp arms are a bit stiff, but the unit is brand new. I've never used one of these before so I found myself using two hands to mount the phone, in the first few days. Eventually you get the hang of it and can mount the phone with one hand. Bottom line is that after 2 weeks of use every day, I am very happy with the operation of the unit. Keep in mind that there are cheaper units with IR sensors included which auto open the clamp arms. I can see some benefit to this advance feature. However, i didn't want to deal with the clamp arms or internal gears failing and not being able to hold the phone after months of use. ... show more

    • Great mount, worth the price!
This mount is rock solid. Holds my Galaxy Note 9 in place with barely a wiggle. No issues fast charging though a Spigen Slim Armor case. Inserting and removing phone is a little odd because you have to use both hands but I will get used to it. Highly recommend this mount if you have a large phone.

Pretty easy to put the phone in. Charges fast and reliably. Only issue I can think of is that compared to the non-charging Menu vent mounts, this moves a bit more when going over bumps on the road.

I have an iphone X and bought this product to use in my car. The product arrived quickly after ordered. It came in a nice box with excellent pictures and details of how to use the product. It also came with printed directions but, it was easy to figure out how to attach it to the vent. Very user friendly! The push button vent clip ensures that it is securely attached to the vent. It also has 360 degree pivot and rotation so you can tilt the mount or turn it so the cell phone can be viewed in various positions. When my cell phone is on speaker,the listener can hear me so I am hands free. It also works great for viewing when using GPS as well. I also have an OTTERBOX cover on my cell phone and it charges through the cover. I highly recommend this product! ... show more

I bought this, even though I thought it was expensive at around $60, because of Amazon's Wirecutter reviewed it as one of the best vent mounted phone chargers, biggest load of bull. This holder requires 2 hands to put the phone in it, that in itself is inconvenient. I have a Note 10 (not the 10+) with an Otter box, it is lighter than my Note 8 was, my old vent holder NEVER fell off the vent and I could mount my phone with one hand. the phone holder has a great grip on the phone but the vent clip can't hold on and the whole thing falls off the vent constantly! I am returning it after only using it once on a 30 minute errand where the whole thing fell off my vent twice. One star is too much for this product. ... show more

    • Ok, but gets loose quickly
It was pretty good out of the box, but within a few months the ball joint got really lose and now the phone sort of slumps down all the time. Super annoying. I have the vent clip model and it slips out occasionally, but that's not unexpected. The charging part is still nice.

    • Included 12V plug pops out from socket
Dashboard mount is as expected considering it's a ball mount. Vent grill side holds well, the pad rotates easily but firmly stays in position as you leave it. Qi range is good, it transmits power even through thick hardcase shell. USB-C type connection (newest type) and cord is included, 1m long. The real downside is the included 12V car lighter plug. Tip got a very powerful spring, so it just kinda spits out from the socket and disconnects. I've found no way of disassembling it to cut the spring. Basically this part is useless. You'll probably have to purchase another lighter plug. PS: Takes time to get used to using ball mount after the flush mount. This one feels wonky at first. But it holds well and you can adjust your phone to properly look at you for FaceID or videcall features. ... show more
