I like the look of these artificial trees. I wish they were taller and had a little more leaves. Other than that they gave me the look I wanted. No maintenance is the best. Hope they last.

I bought these plants to go outside on my back deck for decoration and help with privacy while sitting outside. They are nice and tall and have enough leaves to help achieve my goal. I did use bigger planters with dirt/stone in them for these to sit in because the small one they come in just allows the plants to blow over in any wind. This also gave a bit more height to them. After I opened them up and spread out the leaves I was very pleased with how they look and the amount of privacy they help bring. If you look close they do have the artificial look but who is coming onto my deck anyway. I like the tropical feel as I sit outside and the appearance of these beautiful, full plants. They are not inexpensive so maybe I will wait until next summer to purchase another set for the deck. ... show more

I like that it's nice and tall but mine has a bend in the stalk and will not stay upright. It falls all the time and I have had to prop it to keep it upright. You will need to put it in a bigger plant pot as the base is not wide enough to hold the tree up on its own. It definitely wouldn't be mistaken for a real palm but it adds something to the room. ... show more

Update. Just planted my two 5-ft. Golden Cane Palms in large Talavera pots on my patio. Being in Arizona, we get some strong winds so I used layers of sand, pea gravel, and a top dressing of large beach pebbles for a visual effect. Love them and unless we get 80 mile an hour winds, they are not going anywhere. We have a wagon wheel bench coming that will go in between them also. ... show more
