This is not a dress I’ll wear for long periods of time frequently, but I will def wear it. As another reviewer stated, it is not easy to get in and out of…practically zero stretch where it counts. But the ruched mid-section does what one would expect. It’s a tight fit, but trading in for a larger size wouldn’t likely be flattering. If the dress had stretch, then it wouldn’t be an issue. The fabric is comfortable enough. Small gripe, but there is no tag or indication of a front or back side. Both sides are not equal so it would have been nice to not put the dress on the wrong way the first time for the reason I stated: it’s not an easy dress to put on and take off. Love the color and flattering fit for sure. Love that I can tweak the length of the dress. All in all. Wouldn’t buy it again, but also wouldn’t return it.

I bought this to wear at my father in laws funeral. It's a classic look and was actually very comfortable, worn for the 6 hours at funeral home and kept it's shape. The runched sides definitely help to hide the little belly that (after 4 kids) i just cant kick, but that is also the reason for the 4 star. I feel i could have gone with a size smaller do to the runched sides, i usually wear large (which is what i ordered) but probably could have done a medium, it felt like i had a little extra material around belly and back area. I'm 5'8 bounce between 155lbs and 160lbs 36 D and have an hourglass figure. I would definitely recommend this dress. Hope this helps.

I ordered the light purple dress, and I love the color! However, the fit isn't perfect. I'm 5'6 and somewhere just below 140lbs, and I ordered a small. I think I should've gone with the extra small. I'm bottom-heavy, and it fits better down there, but it's too loose around the top. I also don't love how the material scrunched around the stomach. I think it makes it look bigger, which isn't a look I would purposefully go for. That said, the dress does cling to my hips and is pretty flattering overall. The fabric is stretchy, and the ruching on the sides emphasizes curves.

This is a great dress. The quality is good, well made. The material is not too thick and not too thin. You can slightly see through the dress when standing in light. The dress sits right above my knees. I highly recommend that once you put the dress on, leave the dress on! It is really hard taking if off. I'm 5'9 145 pounds and wear a 36DDD size bra. I typically wears a size small in dresses and a 5 in pants. If you are bless in the chest like me I recommend you order a medium to be a little more comfy. I
