Quality control and company pride must not exist. I checked image before I placed my order. It looked good on my computer. But that too is also an image. What I received was blurred looked terrible. Terrible is understatement. I am confused how a company would take pride in sending such poor quality. I would’ve preferred a canceled order telling me your image won’t work but no- they just print and send. No one could’ve looked at this and said looks. I’d let’s send it in out. So now I have no gift for my friend and wasted money. Shameful. If I could give zero stars I would. That’s what I get for trying a new vendor. The image printed really dark- they also wrapped the image around the edges of the canvas- essentially cutting off an inch of each edge of the photo, which was not reflected or communicated when uploading the image and previewing the placement of it. Pretty disappointed.
