I bought the 2 pack of these for my spiritual studio. There are 12 individual vines in each pack. Yes they have a smell. Really no big deal. It’s just from the plastic that it’s made out of. I just put it outside in the porch for about an hour and the smell was gone. The lights are one long strangled for all of the 12 vines. You have to loop it up and down the wall. They were a little difficult putting them up as you have to measure and space them out in a nice fashion. They have different settings button on the battery pack. Overall, I love them! ... show more

I really love this ivy and string light set once it's put together. It is very versatile and can be used in many different set ups. I did not like that the lights weren't already attached, but they are easy enough to string through the branch parts of the vines. There are 12 long vines. They come evenly laid out, so it is easy to pull them apart. As other users have noted, the vines smell really bad. Worse than I thought they would honestly. But I am hoping the smell will go away within a few days. I used clear tape to hang each vine, and I looped them back up so each piece is taped on both ends in a loop above my head board. I let one vine hang freely on either side of the headboard, and I took one piece across the top to hide where the strips end. Hope that helps! ... show more

Absolutely love this! The picture doesn’t even do it justice. I did not expect to love how amazing it looks in my room!! It does come in single strands and I thought it was all one piece so it did take longer then expected to hang. Also, I wish there would’ve been a guide on how to wrap lights in the leaves evenly. Besides that the end result honestly looks so good that I don’t even care. I winged it with the lights and love how it turned out. I’m literally going to buy this two more times for other rooms. I’ve seen alot of people comment on smell, when I first opened the package there was a small plastic smell, but it went away super fast and I haven’t noticed anything lingering. Hello! So these vines are really cute. Some things wrong with these vines are: 1.Smell Bad when you first open the bag they smell pretty bad, it’s a smell i can’t really explain, it’s just bad. But if you let them air out before you put them up they should be good (i saw a review where he/she soaked them in soapy water, i would do that) 2. The lights the lights are kind of aggravating to put up since it’s basically just one big string so i couldn’t find a way to put them with the vines that looked neat/clean without them on. 3. Cheap feeling when i was putting them up they had a cheap feeling on top of smelling bad but they don’t look to cheap when they are up! 4. Tangled when putting them up they wouldn’t look neat like in the pictures they show because the leaves, the leaves were falling off when i were putting them up. Things to know before you buy them!!: ~make sure the seller is good, if your wondering how to find out their should be a blue button that says the sellers name near the sold button it’s really easy! you just click one button. ~Air them out before you put them up!!! ~don’t get aggravated while putting them up, at the end it’s worth it. -the lights don’t HAVE to go with the vines, they look cute when they are somewhere else in your room/house. SO CUTE!

Bought this ivy to wrap around a wrought iron ledge on my exterior porch and it looks so cute! Got a lot more than I thought it would be and everybody thinks it’s real until they look super close at it. It’s been in the sun, wind, rain, you name it the last six months and still looks brand new. The plastic did have an overwhelming smell to it when the package was first opened, but that dispersed within a day or two. I will say if you get these tangled up you’re gonna have to sit there for a while to get them undone lol I rolled them all up for storage after unboxing and will never do that again 😭 ... show more
