We ordered this for our 6 year old to use. We really like the quality of it and the ease of adjustment. The one thing that would make this perfect is if it could collapse flat for ease of transport and storage. When its assembled you can fit it in the car but if your doors are small or it's a small car it makes for a tight fit.

I bought this product to have something to help teach my 6 and 10 year-olds how to ice skate. Our friends in the mountains an hour away from us are flooding their backyard this winter and my 6 and 10 year-olds don't know how to skate. I found this product on Amazon because I wanted something that would be easy to put together and take with us. We took it on a trial run last weekend and it was super easy to assemble. The instructions inside were super clear. Turns out it was made quite well, as I am not quite the ice skater I remember myself to be - as a 5'5" woman, the product was strong and felt sturdy for me to hang on to as well :)

Believe me, we've tried a plethora of skate trainers over the years with our older children and this one seems to "have it all". Here at our community ice center here in south FL we have some that you can rent but they're all too short and my youngest (now just learning at 10) was always hunched over. With this one, we still have one more setting to go up but my favorite thing is that the top center point works as a sort of handle for me to hold on to - helping guide my daughter and remain close. Also seems to give her more confidence with so near. Love it!

If you, your children or your grandchildren need a versatile ice skating or roller skating (when the included wheels are attached), this one is great. It is adjustable, so it can be used by more than one person. I highly recommend it!

Game changer! Our five year olds son went from falling constantly and not wanting to go ice skating with the family to cruising all over the rink and having the time of his life. After two times he is already starting to go on his own and is super confident. Easy to put together.
