The material is soft, lightweight, and breathable, though it is not suitable for cold weather without an underlayer, as the fabric seems to hold the cold. If you tend to run cold, this might not be ideal. For my utilitarian use—chores and dog grooming—they are a good price. I have found the set to wash well, and the seams and overall construction appear solid and well-made. Regarding sizing: I am 5'6" and 165 lbs (51YO), and the large fits fine. Because the material is not bulky or boxy, I could have sized down for a slimmer look. The legs are a little roomier than I prefer, just above the ankles, but this doesn't matter for my purposes. If I were to order again, I would choose a size medium.

I loved that this set of scrubs have pockets at the bottom of the shirt, the waist of the pants, and a zippered pocket on 1 pant leg. The pockets on the pants are all large enough to hold my cell phone (or the notebook and pen that nurses always need). The black color goes with everything and allows more flexibility in what you use the pants for. The scrubs are made of a synthetic material is that is very lightweight, water-repellent, strong, and not prone to snagging. However, the fabric is not stretchy. Because it is a synthetic fabric, it will easily wipe clean (of most spills), will not shrink when laundered, and will dry very quickly. Unfortunately, I have gained weight in the last couple months and so the XL shirt fits, but the XL pants are too tight around the thigh area. (I am 5’2”, 190 lbs, 45” bust, 36” waist, 45” hips). The legs of the pants are large enough around my thigh to wear when standing up, but pull very tight when sitting. The pants were too long on me so the cuffs are folded up in the photos. Also, the natural waist for the pants is 32”, but the waist band will stretch to 40” without straining the fabric at all. As a side note, the pockets on the shirt are not very useful if you need to tuck in the shirt. Overall, I am surprised by the quality and style of this scrub set. Both pieces are well-made, the fabric and design are ideal for their function, and are much higher quality than I expected for this price.

For reference I'm 5'2.5" weight fluctuates between 145-150 hips 41.5" I ordered a medium. The bottoms were way too big and the front and inseam seemed not proportional. These may not be ideal for other petite people. I didn't even try the top on.

These scrubs fit so well! I work in healthcare and research, so I am often in scrubs and/or a medical coat. The more pockets, the better! These scrubs have lots of useful pockets — 3 pockets on the shirt, 1 large, zippered side pocket on the right lower leg pants, 2 invisible pockets closer to the front pants waist, and 2 pockets on the back of the pants. The fabric is a lightweight, silky polyester/Spandex blend that is slightly stretchy. It feels like a slick nylon fabric but it is not. It stays wrinkle free and will not pill. It does not attract lint, human hair, or pet hair (great for operating clean rooms or laboratory clean rooms). It has excellent stitching and overlock edges to prevent fraying. It is quick drying and easy to wash snd maintain. At first, I was not sure if it would fit. It looks smaller when it is laid on a table. When I put it on, it fit perfectly! It even makes me look slimmer. It is a great cut! I love that it has a drawstring on the waist on top of the elastic waist band so that I can customize the fit. The size chart was accurate. It is true to size.
