    • Poor quality and extremely slow
You would think after spending over $500 that you would at least be able to use it, no! I had to connect it to my phone over Bluetooth to do karaoke and have people use my phone via YouTube for the words. So, I pretty much paid over $500 for a speaker because the screen won’t respond to every touch, responds on occasion to the remote and even with a good connection to the internet, continues to load or just won’t work at all. ... show more

Very good device. We connect the machine to our WIFI, it is easy to use cause on the Screen you'll see WIFI, once it is connected, you can OPEN YouTube, I called customer service and they mentioned a channel called SING KING, so that's what I did. And the playlist on that channel is AMAZING, I got to practice my voice 2 hours a day hahahaha. Overall works very well for us.. ... show more

    • The Display Screen is not very good, it is very slow
The Display Screen is not very good, it is very slow and frozen some time. It become very frustrate to wait for the screen to display music and it can't connect to TV through HDMI as described. It is too expensive for a karaoke that is not fun at all.

    • Everything is Very good!!!
This is not a cheap machine, it is very good. I can carry it anywhere I want it's not that heavy. The screen is very clear, you can adjust the brightness. The sound quality is very good as well. I like how this machine is easy to navigate.

Very weak WiFi reception. Slow/losing signal. Other machines tried doesn’t work like that of MASINGO. The machine doesn’t charge. Machine shut off when the power supply cord is unplugged.

    • Attached tablet is useless
When we first got the unit we found the attached tablet to be slow. A good bit of the time the screen froze up or just plain didn't respond at all. Over a very short period of time it became useless. I now Bluetooth my laptop to the unit and use the karaoke machine for sound and my laptop to search and pull up music. For the price you pay for this unit this is ridiculous.     • Masingo customer service is great but need regular firmware updates
I did have a lot of issues but Masingo made sure I was taken care of in the end. First bought it and when I got it there was a coupon available so Amazon told me I had to return it in order to get the $50 off. Returned it and bought it again, when it came in the battery power function didn’t work and Masingo told me to go through Amazon to request a new one, returned and purchased again. 3rd unit had the same issue as the 2nd, explained that to Masingo and they sent me one from their factory and it worked, thank you Masingo. Overall product is awesome and so is their service. Would have given 5 stars but it doesn’t do firmware updates which is definitely needed for an android device for bug fixes in the OS and for security vulnerabilities. ... show more
