The inside of the shoe features a cushy Smartfoam Strobel board and a premium Ortholite insole for long lasting comfort.

I can where them without an orthotic cause that make my feet feel really good .. 2 weeks later I had an appointment with my podiatrist, when he saw that I was wearing K-SWISS He told me to stick with them he highly recommends them to all his patients.. so it's almost the new Year now. I'm still wearing my K-SWISS SNEAKERS OMG There still as comfy as Thay were the 1st day the 20th day -n- the 40th day. And I go threw sneakers fast cause MY FOOT ROLES to the outside and I'M FLAT FOOTED and I go threw sneakers FAST because of that. But not my K-SWISS. HELL NO like I said. BEST SNEAKERS I EVER HAD.     • At first blush...ok, it's like this...they seem to be well-made but...
Size: 9.5 Color: Black/Black/Black
...they run a bit narrow for most of the shoe and the toe box but are ok at the heel box. Left shoe seems a little tighter but maybe it's the stitching. I'm a 9 & 1/2 D/M normally and I'm hoping these will stretch out. A larger size will probably be too long and I would go for a wide but the heel box would probably be too large and that means blisters for me. True to size? Eh, not so much and a little uneven in sizing between heel and toe box. Would I buy again? Yes if they stretch out a little and at least for myself they need a bit of a break-in period. I do like these in spite of the negative comments. Will check back. ... show more
