The water is great, but the original box it's packed in was very wet and the box fell apart when I tried to remove it from the shipping box. The water tastes great, came on time and I can't stop drinking it! I love that there is no plastic on it, in it or near it, and that waxed cardboard solves that problem. But this is heavy and cannot be packed in a larger box with other items or the pour spout breaks off and water leaks all over everything else in the carton! I told customer service that as mine leaked all over everything. So just to make sure, I will never order anything at the same time again or I will just go to Whole Foods and get it myself!
