    • Cute playset but unstable, falls over
If your littles love the TV show, they'll like this playset which comes with the 2 puppies and A. R. F as a vehicle. The problem with this set is that it easily tips over toward the slide side\front of the house, as other people have stated. I remedied it temporarily by placing a plastic cup under the slide to prevent tipping which works fine as long as the kids don't move the set. Otherwise, it's cute, the littles place their other toy figures in it, too. If you can find\afford the set of figures, that would be a cute addition. ... show more

We bought this for our 3 year old. It's held up well in the 2 months we've had it. The only issue I have is that the dog bone on the top falls off very easily. The little shield doesn't come down without the bone. So if you lost it, it wouldn't be as much fun. We bought the extra character set to make this a lot more fun. Some parts are not very durable and feel like you will break them assembling this toy. Nothing did and nothing has yet but I feel like its only a matter of time.

Alright so to preface here, My daughter really likes it and with a few revisions this toy could be a bit better. My (and her) main issue with it is the lack of stability. This toy is top heavy and will fall backwards all the time. This is something that would have been easily fixed with an extra support beam on the back slide or having the base extend out a few more inches on the back. This is obviously a cost cutting measure that just doesn't pan out in normal play. The two main pups are really detailed, but the paint on their ears comes off quickly from normal play. I understand that toys get knocked around and damaged but I feel that the ears in particularly loose paint to quickly. The front door is a bit to weak as well and often won't hold it self closed. The ARF mobile also looks to be missing a sticker for his eyes or so i thought, but he looks just like it on the box maybe add the eyes in the future? On the positive side of things the play set has great detail for the price. The bright colors look sharp and the plastic molding has a lot of details to it which go a long way. The already applied stickers look sharp as well. The characters themselves are surprisingly solid and detailed (waning ear paint withstanding) The play features are all used to great affect (Slide,hang glider,swing, and seesaw). One thing that she noticed and I didn't like was Hissy is not included. While pictured on the product image at the time of purchase and present on the front and back of the box she is no wear to be found. The side of the box confirms she is not a part of the set. I find this more than a bit misleading I would suggest changing the box of the product and the Amazon page images to better represent the items included, if it has not been done so already. Pros -Show accurate -Solid figures -Lots of potential with all the features -Price is right ($28 at time of purchase) -ARF as a wagon is great (but were are his eyes?) Cons -Stability,Stability,Stability! This thing falls over constantly. -Weak front door -No Hissy is an out right shame! ... show more
