The fabric is a thin cotton, similar to a sheet in thickness. It is a little scratchy. I see a lot of people saying how small it was, but this was HUGE. The pockets are a good depth. I can put my xl phone in the pants leg pocket and my hands fully go into to the wrist in the top and pants pockets. I am 5’9” tall and the top went down to my crotch and the pants were about an inch below my foot. That never happens, so happy day. If I wore and washed these all the time, they would not last very long, but I bought them to do housework, paint and yard chores, to save having to dispose of my normal clothes. ... show more

    • WAY TO SMALL. Make sure you go up sizes or just stay away!!
Being in the medical field you would like to have comfortable scrubs to work and move in. After reading the reviews about going up a size I made sure I went up a size when I ordered and they still didn't fit me. So I re-ordered and went up two sizes and it was still a little tight around the bust area. Let's just say if you are a busty women or have a little extra cushion on your body- stay away from these scrubs. I have only worn mine two times and it already has a hole in the sleeve and I don't know if it can be sown because of the fraying that happened along with the hole. It's sad that the price is too high for this cheap type of material used. I bought cheaper scrubs from an other company and have been able to wear them more then two times. Ordered this for my 11yr old daughter to wear for Halloween. She's 5'1 and 120 lbs. I ordered the size XS, and it's still baggy. She's usually a size small to medium in juniors. A size 4 to 7 in jeans. I will take a pic with it on her when she wears it. It's baggy, for sure, but not super huge on her for what we're using it for. It's kind of the fit I was looking for. Better big than small. The pants do have a working drawstring, which helps! look's like a decent quality from just opening, and having her try it on. Can't speak personally on how long it'll hold up, since it's for a holiday, and I'm not in the medical field. I hope her sizing info helps someone else! ... show more

I probably won't buy these scrubs again. The pattern on the shirt is cute, but I ordered a size small and these scrubs felt like an extra large. I'm 5'2" and usually a size small or medium in everything, and I had to take in a few inches on the thighs and calves, sides of the shirt, under the arms, and also hem the bottoms. Very baggy, so expect to make some adjustments. Also, I only use these scrubs for my cadaver clsss (so not much walking around) but there are already parts of the fabric being rubbed on the inner thighs and forming those annoying balls. It's a rough fabric. Good for the price, but I think I'll try something else next time. It almost feels like a cheap Halloween costume. ... show more
