I got this for work Halloween costume day as it was fitting for the work that I do. I am 5’4” 145 lbs and the small fit as expected except for the hood. The hood is shallow and when zipped all the way up it crushes my face and a bit uncomfortable. Maybe I have a big head HAHA. Also, the crotch hangs a bit low and I have a long torso and short legs. Otherwise, not sure why people think it’s thin because it’s rather thick and warm. Overall, I think it’s comfortable and easy costume idea.
