The pads work very well, but as advertised, they are small (for a baby). My wife is handicapped and we use pads under her 24 hours/day. It takes two or three pads of this size to protect the sheets/matteress compared with 1 or 2 of the larger pads. They work fine, but just are a little small for our needs.
