I got this for my daughter’s 8th birthday and she has really enjoyed it! It came out of the package bent and funny looking but straightened out after a day or so. It was only after we had it a few days that I realized it works as a Bluetooth speaker too! She thinks it is so fun to listen to music from my phone through it as she skips with it. The speakers aren’t amazing quality but I wouldn’t expect them to be. It didn’t take her long to get the hang of using it. The screen keeps track of the skips and starts over at 1,000. The skip counter seems pretty accurate. So far it has been durable and has held up with about 2 hours of total use except that the elastic cord that works to help hold the ankle clasp fell off the first day. But we have found that it works fine without the elastic cord for the clasp. It stays closed fine without it. It’s a nice size and we love the pretty colored lights that light up when in action. I was torn on which skip-it to buy since every one I could find had a handful of negative reviews but I went with this one and I’m glad I did! It was a great gift for my daughter and provides an entertaining form of exercise!

This skip ball is such a fun experience for kids, but even as an adult, I absolutely loved it. I bought the pink one for my 6-year-old niece. It connects via Bluetooth, so you can listen to music while jumping. I wanted to try it myself before giving it to her, and I had never jumped this way beforeI usually use a regular jump rope. Trying this toy was on a whole different level of skipping, and I really enjoyed it. It has three different light modes, keeps track of the number of skips, and also tracks time. I think it’s the perfect toy to have fun while also adding a bit of fitness for kids. It can be used both indoors and outdoors.

I honestly didn’t expect my child to love it this much. It’s very bright and lights up with every jump, so it caught her attention right away. The jump counter and timer make it fun and active at the same time.A big plus is the Bluetooth music. We play her favorite songs from the phone, and she jumps along like it’s a little disco.It really motivates her to move instead of sitting on her phone.The quality is good, nothing gets tangled, and the ankle ring is soft and comfortable. I even tried it myself — very comfortable. It folds easily and is simple to take outside or to a friend’s house.

i had a skip hop thing back in the day when they first came out and was the coolest thing on the playground saw this and i got very nostalgic i thought my kids would really like it funny thing about this - it's like riding a bike. i totally remember how to use it what i didn't love was that the strip was very curved so it was hard to get it going at first i hung it up to see if this would straighten the bend - nope - nothing noticeable this was hard for my almost 6 yo to use but my older kid was able to figure it out it's a neat toy and great to get their energy out - i wish it wasn't curled up though so it would spin smoother

I absolutely loved my toy like this when I was growing up so I was so excited to see this one!! This one is a thousand times cooler than mine was though! I got this for my kids and they love it! They keep competing to see who can score the highest and it’s pretty funny! The lights on this make it so fun and and exciting! The skip counter is such a great idea! It’s fun to see how the kids are getting better and better each time! It is a smaller size so I would say more for younger kids however I have also used it! The part that goes around the ankle does come completely apart so if the persons foot is a little larger than the hole they can still put it on. There is also a strap that you can tie to keep it connected so it doesn’t come off your foot in the middle. The skip counter is very accurate from what I can tell. Honestly it’s the most fun me and my kids have had in a while and I love that screens aren’t involved!!! 1000% worth the price for that alone!!
