Viva La Juicy by Juicy Couture 3.4oz 100ml EDP Spray As usual the 3.4 ounce bottle of Viva La Juicy Eau De Parfum by Juicy Couture I ordered from Amazon.com is the real deal. I felt quite certain that it was. However, due to earlier Reviews which stated, "Fraud Alert", I went to my local mall to compare the bottle I purchased from Amazon.com to a bottle selling in a very high end, upscale, retail department store and found them to be identical in every respect. I sincerely hope this will allay any apprehensions anyone may have with regard to the authenticity of this 3.4 ounce bottle of Viva La Juicy EDP by Juicy Couture which "Ships from and is sold by Amazon.com". Why pay $90 plus for the very same thing that can be purchased for very close to half that price from Amazon.com? Now, about the fragrance itself. This fragrance is a lovely fruity/floral scent which claims Top Notes of Wild Berries and Mandarin, Middle Notes of Honey Suckle, Gardenia and Jasmine and Bottom Notes of Amber, Caramel, Vanilla, Sandalwood and Praline. The bottle is so very pretty, feminine and perfectly suited for the teenage girl or young lady in one's life. As appealing as the pretty pink bow, gold tone charms and beveled glass topper impersonating a huge crystal clear jewel may be for the young at heart and the "Girly-Girls" among us, the fragrance is alluring for women of all ages. The intoxicating fragrance emanating from this ornate vessel is exactly the same as the Viva La Juicy EDP by Juicy Couture Rollerball I purchased from Sephora. Those Reviewers with concerns regarding the bottle's appearance and/or the fragrance differing somewhat from past Viva La Juicy purchases might take into consideration that Juicy Couture has several fragrances out on the market now. At first glance the bottles may appear quite similar. However, when comparing the bottles directly next to one another, it is very apparent that they actually differ a great deal as does their fragrance. Once again, I am so very thankful to find another high dollar designer fragrance available on Amazon.com at an extremely affordable price. Anyone with concerns regarding the authenticity of this fragrance has nothing to lose by trying it. My personal experience has been that Amazon.com will stand behind their merchandise 100%. I was very hesitant to purchase this product based on so many negative reviews, but I took a chance and ordered directly from Amazon based on my experience with their excellent customer service. The product arrived and looked and smelled authentic, however, I began to second guess ithe authenticity when I noticed the sides of the box read "Juicy Couture" instead of "Love G & P" and the crest on the front of the bottle had a "J" and "C", instead of a "G" and "P". I could also VERY slightly put my fingernail under the corners of the crest. All of these were said to be clear indications that it was a fake in some of the reviews. There was a no return policy for this product, but I contacted Amazon customer service directly to express my concern about the product's authenticity. I received a very professional and courteous response in which they checked with their fulfillment center and confirmed the product was received directly from the manufacturer, however, they were willing to resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction. I went to a local department store and checked out their bottles of Viva La Juicy and found that some bottles say "Juicy Couture" down the side of the box, while some say "Love G & P". Some bottles have "J" and "C" on the crest, while some say "G" & "P". Also, on some of the bottles, I was able to very slightly slide my fingernail under the corners of the crest. These were all authentic bottles of Viva La Juicy. About the buying experience and about the seller: I ordered this perfume from igetitdoneright, a amazon marketplace seller and it came quickly. I was really excited to open it but got disappointed to see that the packaging was not good enough. I found that the lid of the bottle was sticky like someone tried to stick it with a glue and almost 1/4 of the perfume was gone. I called amazon and they wrote an email to the seller saying that I had received a defective item and would like to get a refund. Seller emailed me very casually saying that the bottle must got broken in transit and they will send me a full bottle after I return them this for free. I did not want to go in the hassle of sending it back on my own money and wasting both of ours time. So I went ahead and requested amazon for a full refund. Amazon was kind enough to refund me the amount. I will never buy any perfume from this seller again. The seller's approach to this situation was they do not give a s*** what customer says and very careless as far as packing goes. They should not send a glass bottle just packed in another same size usps box. The bottle will definitely brake or leak. About the fragrance: My 1st impression of this perfume is that its very strong. I do smell honeysuckle, amber and jasmine as strong notes. It's very young,vibrant, flirty and less goes a long way.
