This band gives your watch a more "dressed up" appearance. I had to remove 3 links from the band, which was very easy to do. The included tool makes it a breeze, only thing to watch out for is that you push the pins the same way the arrows along the inside are pointing and then do it the opposite way of the arrow when putting a pin back. Also, the fat part of the pin needs to be facing up when you push the pin back in. There are a few cons with this band. The major one is that the quick release pins are not attached to the band, so they can pop out when you remove the band. If you plan to change out your band a lot, be careful and make sure to keep a ziplock or something to put the band in when it's not on the watch. Also, since it's a one piece band, getting the 2nd quick release pin into the watch is a bit of a hassle. You have to approach it from the top down to be able to depress the lever on the pin. I ended up turning one quick release buckle around so that it faces up to more easily put it back in when I change out the band. It takes away from the appearance a bit since it's now visible, but ease of band changing is more important to me.
