The actual product is more beautiful , very sturdy and easy to use . My son loves this car. During the installation I had a few problems and contacted the seller, they answered very quickly and gave detailed instructions so that I could fully operate the car. Honestly, I'm very satisfied.

My grandson loves the truck. We had an issue with it not turning on and contacted the seller. They had us describe the issue and send a short video and kept in immediate contact with us. They sent us a new charger, then a battery, then a new start button with a video on how to change it out. Finally was able to start the truck. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Grandpa bought this for the grandkids. He thought it sounded cool. After looking at the amazon listing I was skeptical after seeing hardly any reviews. It arrived today in two boxes, one large one and one smaller, both were easy for me to move by myself. I just put it together. Easy to assemble. Instructions are clear. It took me about an hour from start to finish. After assembling it I turned it on and tested it out with the remote. I drove it all around my house to get a feel for how it drives. I am genuinely impressed with the product so far. I will update my review in a few weeks to let everyone know how it’s going after a few weeks of play. ****My recent update after 3 months of use (8/28/2023)**** Out of nowhere in the first week of having the car the front plastic wheel broke beyond repair. It was frustrating. We contacted the seller and they sent us a new tire. It was easy to replace and fairly easy to contact the company. I wish that they had made the tires out of a stronger material. I am removing one star based on the tires. I love the remote control feature. We go on walks and have participated in parades with this car. I can steer it and control the speed while my 2.5 year old son rides in it. It has 3 speeds. The high speed is fast! For me to keep up with it I have to jog. It’s great for getting exercise on our walks. I have only had to charge it 3 times since I’ve had it. Battery life has been great so far. Overall I am still very happy with my purchase. ... show more
