I normally use insulated metal cups for coffee by they are small and need to be refilled for a second cup and can't be reheated in the microwave. Insulated glad seemed to be the perfect solution and the size seemed to be big enough to hold the equivalent of 2 of my smaller cups. I have no complaint about the size. It is great that this large cup is so easy to handle. It is glass, but still fairly light. The double wall helps it retain heat better. The design makes it easy to handle. I wash by hand. These are extremely durable even in the dishwasher! Perfect to hold with hot tea/coffee and there a tiny hole (intentional) for drainage. The hole is not really noticeable but after a disappointing buy with another supplier, I learned that the hole makes all the difference in the experience and function of the cups. Love these, including the fact that they are 16oz, felt special drinking out of these, but just placed on counter, tipped over and somehow shattered. Hadn’t even had it a month and I already broke one! Very disappointed ☹️ Maybe if the glass was a tad thicker. ..Great design and love that they are stackable. ... show more

I’ve had these for a few months now, put them through the dishwasher, and now there is a crack somewhere in the glass such that water is seeping through the double walls. Do not buy. Save your money.

    • Not for morning butterfingers - but incredible customer service!
These mugs are very cute. That being said they also look awesome with a fancy frothy coffee combination. The good ends here. They handle more like a fancy teacup. The handle is small. On the first use one slipped out of my hand and shattered on the floor in a rain of tiny slivery glass pieces. Not so good for quartz countertops. The glass may be insulated but it is very thin - think fine wine glasses….definitely not for me in the morning. Update: I needed to update my review- I just added another star, the seller just contacted me and offered either a full refund or replacement. I asked them to replace just one cup as that was the only injured party. This level of customer service is pretty impressive and rarely happens. It is very refreshing that they reached out to me like that, I did not request the replacement as it was my own morning clumsiness. The fact that they made this offer made me a very happy (yet still clumsy) shopper. ... show more

We ove our other JoyJolt mugs and glasses so much that we opted for the even larger capacity 16 oz. They are so light yet don't feel fragile. And they keep you coffee, tea or hot chocolate nice and hot. If they do start to cool down, they are easily microwavable.
