These cups are deceiving!! I really liked the double glass and the shape of these mugs. I must admit that I thought they would be heavy, but they had good ratings so, I decided to give them a go. They are so light!!! When I took them out of the box I thought they were plastic, but as you set them down you get that glass ping. I use them everyday, but I do hand wash them. I normally use insulated metal cups for coffee by they are small and need to be refilled for a second cup and can't be reheated in the microwave. Insulated glad seemed to be the perfect solution and the size seemed to be big enough to hold the equivalent of 2 of my smaller cups. I have no complaint about the size. These cups are huge, but easy to hold. They are glad do I am careful with them but they don't seem to be overly fragile. They fit my needs exactly. ... show more

Liked the size and shape but after about 10 uses couldn't seem to get it clean and discovered it was leaking and the insulated double wall was compromised. Have never had this with other premium double walled glasses. A complete waste of money. Don't recommend.

These lasted for about a year with heavy use before I noticed water collecting inside the walls of glass. For the price, I’ll purchase again.

These mugs are very cute. That being said they also look awesome with a fancy frothy coffee combination. The good ends here. They handle more like a fancy teacup. The handle is small. On the first use one slipped out of my hand and shattered on the floor in a rain of tiny slivery glass pieces. Not so good for quartz countertops. The glass may be insulated but it is very thin - think fine wine glasses….definitely not for me in the morning. Update: I needed to update my review- I just added another star, the seller just contacted me and offered either a full refund or replacement. I asked them to replace just one cup as that was the only injured party. This level of customer service is pretty impressive and rarely happens. It is very refreshing that they reached out to me like that, I did not request the replacement as it was my own morning clumsiness. The fact that they made this offer made me a very happy (yet still clumsy) shopper. ... show more
