These are definitely durable, I've had one pair for about 3 years and just bought a second one even though the first one is okay except for the strap in the back. The arch support is okay but nothing to write home about. The comfort is average not fantastic. If you have sensitive feet, these might feel a bit hard after a while. But they are definitely stable and I like that. No funny smells or anything like that. I'd recommend them. But I must admit after wearing them for like an hour having my feet do start to hurt. I ordered similar Dockers about 4 years ago, they fell apart in 7 days. I have used 3 or 4 pair of these Jousen sandals since and they last about 7 months under heavy daily summer use. I keep a new pair on the shelf just in case Jousen discontinues them.

They jury is out on these sandals. I like the way they fit and look but had to return the first pair as one of the straps broke after wearing the only 6 times. I returned them and got a replacement pair. If these hold up well then I would give these sandals an excellent review.
