This was an inexpensive pair of shoes, and I've worn them 3 times. Pros: seem well put together, comfortable for walking and all day wear. I like the wing tip styling, in particular. Cons: the material looks cheap, like a little kid's first baseball glove. If I were looking at them in a store, I would not have picked them up. That said, I kept them and have been happy with them, enough to give 4 stars, given the price. ... show more

These shoes are made of plastic. Unfortunately I didn't make Amazon's shortened return window but I shouldn't have had to return in this first place. I liked the style shown and like what's in the pictures and description. To be clear; this is a review for the item, not the shipping logistics. The item was of a quality such that I opened the box, closed the box, and initiated the return within 5 seconds. I also desperately need brown casual/dress shoes like this. The quality was just immediately visibly so poor. I would be embarrassed to wear these, and I have bright orange crocs and plastic Burkenstocks - these just stand out for the style they are vs the quality. I didn't catch where they say these aren't leather, but these are certainly undeniably made of plastic like you'd find on a baby shoe or a cheap Halloween costume.
