I really love this little game system, the games look and sound just like the original games from the 80s, the only downside I've seen so far is there's no volume control on it.

I am a geriatric Gen Xer, which means I was around to see video games from their inception. I played Pong. I also have terrible hand/eye coordination, which means they have passed me by. I have no idea how to jump and spin and kick and flip and punch and wield weapons with multiple fingers or thumbs. I just can’t. So when this old school game came up, I thought I’d revisit my childhood and try it out. I thought it would be easy enough with the limited controls. And then it arrived. The first thing I noticed after charging is the truly awful, terrible menu. It isn’t in alphabetical order. Or *any* order at all. There are games that are repeated FIVE times. There are maybe 150 games, tops, about six of which I have ever heard of. And I am terrible at them. The controls are unresponsive, and it is awkward trying to use buttons where a joystick used to be. Even more so when they are incredibly slow to respond. Bottom line: not 500 games, not responsive, not recommended. ... show more
