I love wide toe box shoes. These shoes do have a wide toe box, but they are wide all over too. I don’t hold that against them. That’s the way they were sized on the Amazon page. I just have to lace them up a little tighter. They are comfortable and a good buy for the price.

So, I searched on "wide toe box" shoes, and failed to distinguish between a wide/regular *shoe size* — two different things. Shoes designed with a wide toe box aren't necessarily just for people with wide feet. Though I want shoes that are roomy in the toe box, my feet are regular width, but this listing only includes wide shoe sizes. After wearing them for a short while I realized these really are too wide for my feet. I love these shoes but I'll have to exchange them for a wide toe box shoe that is sized for regular width feet. ... show more

Overall the shoes are very comfortable. The insoles could use more soft padding. Heel area does not slip while toes have a nice roomy toe box for comfort, which makes walking pleasant.
