If you’re a parent you understand but I loved how it was “small but big” it fit in small spaces but it was longer than those small tables you can get at Walmart with cheap chairs.     • Difficult to assemble

My selection was based on the fact that the heighth of the table and chairs can be adjusted to child's size as they grow, and the fact that the table top can be erased from crayons, etc. The set is beautiful, HOWEVER after 2 hrs on the floor trying assembly ( i'm 82 yrs young) I realized in was in over my head. Each chair requires 24 screws x 4 = 48. The table requires 40 screws! The seats were difficult as the predrilled holes from frame to seat did not align and required alot of muscle. Fortunately my son took over and although we still haven't finished, the set is beautiful. After my first 2 hours I noticed a small crack in table corner. It was well packed with foam corners etc. My assumption is that the defect came from the mfg. So my recommendation inspect thoroughly before starting assembly AND be sure you are up to the task or have someone else do it for you. I didn’t realize at first that the table I ordered was plastic. It looks like wood in the picture but it is so nice. It has a lot of screws so assembly took awhile but it was simple. I bought it for my great grand daughter. She loves it. Sorry I don’t have a great picture of it

This has been a great table. very sturdy lots of screws really helps to have a screw gun but dont over tighten or you will strip out the pre drilled holes.

Bought 2 sets of this table and chairs for the children at church. They love them and we don't have to worry about keeping them clean, just wash the mess off, no stains. The furniture is very sturdy, we tested it by sitting on the chairs and table, no problem. Be prepared to invest some time. My table came wrapped in plastic which normally is fantastic. What made it not fantastic was they put the table top in plastic then screwed the base on. So before I could even get started I had to unscrew it all to get the plastic off then screw it back on. The chairs come completely broken down and take close to 30 screws to build each one. The adjustable legs on the chairs and table take screws so adjusting the height is not easy. It is very sturdy and easily fits my almost 2yr old as well as my almost 6yr old. ... show more
