The doll is exactly what I thought she would be. I got her because she looks like the little sister of another doll I have from about 10 years ago. This one is lightweight, and not necessarily realistic looking, her facial expression is adorable which makes her really nice. Her outfit is also adorable, I washed and cut her hair which I think looks so pretty the way it is now rather than displayed on Amazon, I also added a little bit of extra makeup. But that's something I enjoy doing and I just think she came out beautiful! She was only $20 so I think that was a fair price for this type of doll. Definitely perfect for a child, I'm an adult collector, but I Knew by looking at her photo how she would be and I was right which is fine by me.

My goddaughter is extremely passionate about baby dolls. I have purchased a wide variety of 'reborn' dolls in various combinations of latex, silicone, and cloth. First, because this is important to her and a lot of dolls don't specify, this one has a cloth body and is not anatomically correct. This is very subjective and can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the child/collector. A softer, weighted cloth body makes the baby feel more realistic. However once you take the clothing off it loses the sense of realism. Dolls with latex bodies look a lot more realistic, are very durable, but feel stiffer and oftentimes the weight is off. Silicone looks and feels much more realistic. It is soft and flexible, and has a more realistic weight. But it requires much more maintenance, safe storage, and can rip if allowed to flop around too much (you have to support the head like a real baby). My goddaughter has all three types. While anatomically correct non-cloth bodies are her favorite, cloth body dolls like this still get PLENTY of play time. This specific doll is really good for the price. The facial expression is fantastic, the two visible teeth on the bottom are SO cute. The skin is smooth and free of blemishes. The overall quality is impressive as well. As soon as she got it she took the clothes off to see if any of her other doll outfits would fit. As she was pulling on the arms, trying to get the shirt off, I wasn't worried at all about it tearing. After receiving her seal of approval, I have no qualms about recommending this doll for others. My only advice is to make sure you're getting the type of doll (material-wise) that your child is into. As an non-collector ordering dolls for my goddaughter, I had to learn the hard way: not all reborn dolls are (re)born equal.

Doll looks like the picture but the body is really weird. The arms look like the baby is continuously flexing. Also the head has been falling off since day 3 of having it. Now every time my daughter changes its clothes the head pops off. Cheaply made.

This doll has a beautiful face, but she is defective. First she came with a broken bow"Not a problem I could have sewed it on or hot glued it like they did". Plus she was already manhandled so someone already received her and sent her back probably, because I can smell them on her clothes. My problem is the arms are sewed right next to the waist which makes her look like she is flexing like a weight lifter or somebody ready to fight. From her arms to her neck is like a weird looking mountain no shoulders at all. There is no body structure. Her legs are so wide open she looks like she is doing the Irish jig all day long. Plus the Velcro in her diaper area sticks to her body and if I used the diaper it would do the same. Sad to send her back because she is so cute, but to odd looking for me.
