Just at my ankle like it says in the description. The waist band is stretchy and comfortable. I don’t have to worry about bending over and my butt shows. So the mid rise is perfect! I love these. I'm not a nurse but I have major frustration of pants without pockets and wanted hot pink pants. These did run a bit bigger than expected. Reviews and size chart left me feeling like I had to go up a size. I typically wear a womens 22 and bought the 3XL. If I buy another pair I'd go down to 2XL. The 3Xl still fit and don't slide off they just fit a little loose for jogger slim style pants. I like the cut of these much better than regular scrub pants, as I find that the leg cuffs are too wide and the drawstrings at the ankles are really annoying. However, I do have fat calves and even with a 3x I felt like the lower part of the legs on these were a little bit too tight. It might be better to have a slightly stretchy material or a stretchy panel down the side or something. I do love the fabric weight, and the rest of the cut is very flattering. ... show more

My mom's home health nurse recommended these and if I had kids, she'd be bequeathed my first-born. As a CNA, I KNEW I needed serious comfort and clear range of motion at work. These pants are perfect for both. And the jogger take makes the waist stay in place and the bottoms aren't dragging on the floor---because I doubt clients, residents, or co-workers want to see my underwear or dirty scraggly pant bottoms! I do like the jogger style but it just wasn't a good fit for my body type. The pants were EXTREMELY comfortable and soft but the way they fit in the front it made my camel toe look even worse lol! And the fit is more for a tight fitted shirt and I like my tops baggy because of all my stuff in my pockets! I ordered them because a girl I work with wore them and she looked awesome in them! But for me they were just a miss. The did go down to my ankles at the perfect spot and when I sat down they didn't raise too high so I liked that as well.
