They were OK at the same time I did get two pair from Kohl's that were ridiculously baggy and too much material so they were definitely better than that but I think you can definitely find something in between those price ranges

They're slimming and I can wear to the office as well as casual events. They're pretty high wasted so you may need to size accordingly if you carry your weight in the tummy. The material has a heavier denim feel so I'm not sure I'll be wearing them much in the summer.

These jeans are super comfy. As for the style, I think you need to have hips and be curvy to pull this off. I am tall and thin with no hips (5'11/130) and so the style looks hilarious on me. I think for this high of a rise they should have done a button-fly. Anyhow the denim fabric blend is very comfy and I do like how they are high rise so when you sit down or bend over there's no chance of a wardrobe malfunction. I got size 29 which fits nicely and sometimes you get a size and then after all day of wearing you notice they get looser as the day goes on with denim/spandex blends, this didn't seem to happen.

I like the look of the Joe's Jeans The Trixie Trousers, but they have are a higher high rise than I was expecting and aren't the most comfortable for me. They totally cover my belly button. This important information isn't in the listing, but I found it on the brand website: Rise: 11.5", Back Rise: 15.125", Leg Opening: 22.5", and Inseam: 28" *cuffed*. I also found that some other sites say these run small, and I agree. I have a 29-inch waist and 36 hips, and I got a 28. They fit me snugly, but I prefer some extra breathing room, so I probably should have sized up to the 29 in these. I wear a 28 or 6 in other jean brands and have worn a 28 in Joe's in the past. I was thinking these might be a bit bigger, because they have some stretch. They do stretch out a little and feel more comfortable after I've been wearing them a while, but it's not a big difference. I'm 5'5", and the height is perfect for me when I'm standing -- they are just above the top of my feet. But, when I sit, they ride up a bit, I guess because of the cuffs and high rise. These won't be favorite jeans, but they are fun and trendy. I recommend them. Just make note of the 11.5" inseam and size up if you're between sizes.

I have always loved Joe's jeans, and I have at least 5 pairs in different styles, such as bootcut, skinny, and flared (circa early 2000). But these were my first wide legs with wide cuffs. They're high rise and very comfortable (especially for the mom pooch). I did notice a strong dye smell, and I don't remember if that's common in designer jeans. Regardless, this cut is really cute. I can see it looking great with both heels and flat shoes because the inseam isn't very long. The only thing that's a bit annoying about it is that the cuffs get very wrinkly with every wash, and unless I iron them every time I'm going to wear it, they are quite unsightly. Still, I would highly recommend these to anyone who doesn't mind splurging on good quality designer jeans.

I have to say I have always loved this brand. Their jeans are so comfortable and only get better the more you wear them. These have such a flattering fit! I am also LOVING a cuffed jean lately. It really adds a little something to a look and makes a pair of classic jeans a bit more interesting. Wearing these with a classic pump, flat, or sling back would look really chic! I ordered my normal size and they fit great. I am only 5’2” so they aren’t as cropped on me as on the model, but I don’t mind one bit. Love them!
