These were purchased for a "soft" door between a bedroom and small adjoined bathroom, to provide a light/noise buffer but not necessarily needed for full darkness. These are level 3 out of 4 light darkness and are perfect for what we needed (they also successfully drown out flushing and water use sounds). Perfect weight, very lovely design and craftsmanship. I am very impressed with this product. The curtains are so soft and just the right weight. They are easy to hang and have very few wrinkles that cannot be seen. No ironing needed. The black out feature is great. And I would recommend these to anyone.
