This is my 3rd time ordering and every time I've been very happy with my order. I'm also thrilled with the price (have you seen what these cost online or at the drugstore? Literally 10x more). I originally didn't expect much given the price and location, but I'm really glad I gave them a shot. The quality of the prints are great. The colors are as bright as the original photos and the images are crisp (for a canvas print). The shipping takes a while but bear in mind that it's coming from China. Each time they've arrived sooner than the projected delivery dates. Everyone is getting canvas prints for Xmas!

I love doing AI art, and thought I would finally turn some of my digital images into canvases. LOVE the result. When I was uploading my 2 pictures, I got a warning that one picture wasn't high enough quality (in terms of pixel size, I guess). I went back to my art and tried to resolve the issue. When the pictures are returned they are perfect and high definition. As soon as I saw them, I thought of ordering a duplicate of one of the pictures for a gift.

I was so surprised that they actually turned out great and they aren’t cheaply made etc. They aren’t really thick but that wasn’t important to me. I just uploaded some pics from my phone. Found this to be a bit disappointing after all the rave reviews. For the price, maybe I shouldn't be surprised. It seemed like a low price for any kind of quality. The canvas is quite thin and the wooden frame underneath creates lines where it comes into contact with the canvas. So there is an unsightly seam, for lack of better word, about an inch in from the outer edge that goes all around the picture. It pretty much ruins the picture. The canvas itself is pretty grainy so the resolution of the photo is lost to the cross-hatching effect you get from the canvas. Worse, that mesh pattern catches whatever light is around and glares it back off the picture. You can see the creases from the frame and the glare on the picture. Note that this is in a room with pretty diffuse light and the catching of the light and the subsequent glare off the picture makes the actual image hard to see. Note, too, that in the right upper corner, there are a couple of light streaks that are actually part of the picture and not from the lighting in the room. So, quite disappointed in this canvas photo. The actual photo is rather spectacular and this didn't even come remotely close to capturing it. Maybe this would have come out okay if it was substantially smaller than 12" x 18". Might be acceptable in a 6" x 8" where the photo would not have been blown up at all. Could probably live with the waffle print behind the picture if it was small enough. Don't know. Just guessing. Incidentally, this ships directly from China which means you get to wait a month for it to arrive to be disappointed. Note that I have no issue with our fellow humans in China, nor products made there. The long shipping time just made this extra disappointing. I was really looking forward to getting the print and then....meh. So, I'll be looking to have this photo done by someplace with higher quality processing. I'd recommend passing on this and going to a photo center of some sort. A big national warehouse chain based in Washington state used to do canvas prints that were fantastic at a really reasonable price. Unfortunately they no longer have that service. The big blue store might still do photo stuff. I'm checking that out next. I won't be ordering these again.

It's ok for the price. The biggest complaint is that the photo coverage did not wrap around the frame as expected from the sample photo shown on the listing? The second issue was one of the prints was a bit under exposed compared to the original. Otherwise for the price it ok offering!
