Received the 24" white gold chain yesterday and wore it for the first time today. Upon removing after wearing it today, I discovered two kinks or malformed tangles. They are small but obvious flaws in the braiding pattern of the chain. Other than that, the chain has a very shiny, white appearance which made it a good candidate for pairing with my sterling cross, whose original chain contains nickel and can no longer be worn. There are some good qualities to this chain but the defects are unacceptable for this type of product, and these flaws should have resulted in it being 'kicked out' during the quality control inspection process, and a non-defective chain should have been sent to me instead. ... show more
