Jewlpire 18K gold plated flat link chain necklace The first thing you notice is the weight. This is a solid piece of jewelry. Nothing flimsy about it. The links are lain down nice and flat. There is no scratchiness in between the links. Nothing irritating to the skin. It is secured with what I have come to call a ‘flat’ lobster clasp, so no oopsies, such as falling off. The round clasp would allow for more movement in the closure, so I can see the improvement of making it more of a rectangle shape without the corners. The necklace will blend with anything you wear, unless you are going to a tails and ties event. So it could quickly become your go to, everyday wear. Stainless steel means it is not about to succumb to skin acids; it will remain shiny and good looking. And the price point is well worth the quality of the piece. I wish I had gotten a little bit longer I got the 22 inch I should have gotten the 24 but it's okay I really like the style and I think it wears well it's very smooth and nice and weighty, it's a very nice and Sleek look, I got the 6 mm real silver / gold necklace I don't really know about it being real silver because in the description it says stainless steel, but it says that it's plated with real gold which I guess could be true I don't know I don't have any way to test it but it's pretty and I knew it wasn't going to be real when I got it but I like it I wish the class ring not the claw clasp but the ring that it claps two was a little bit more chunky but I guess we'll see how it handles for longevity that way I will update if it breaks. ... show more

This necklace is not quite round. I expected a tubular style necklace. Instead, the profile of this is somewhat oval so depending on the rotation of the links, it goes from somewhat flattened looking to thick and round. Either way, it's a nice necklace, the size was correct, and it feels comfortable with just the right amount of weight. I'm not sure if it's actually silver plated, but if it is, thankfully it is made from stainless steel so when the plating wears off, as it will inevitably do, it will not turn my skin green, making this necklace, at 22.99, an ok value. ... show more

I think I would’ve ordered the 4mm if I’d known what they’d look like in person. The 5 is not super thick, but it definitely is more noticeable. I think my husband - who wants something subtle - would like the thinner one more. The length is shorter that I imagined but it works great! This was the first time seeing a chain with links like this so i wasn't sure how id like it because i usually go for cuban links or rope chains, but i actually really like this style of chain. It's almost like a cross between a cuban link and a box link but it looks great. The finish and build quality are top notch.
