Well, it states for Halloween but I'm using them permanently above my front door. I love them! They are wooden, thin and very light but sturdy. I did use a small adhesive command strip on each one just for extra measure so as they don't fall on someone when closing door. I have cats and it is a great added fun wall piece.

Use a 3M strip or anything other than the dots that come with the product. Immediately fell off the wall no matter how many I used. When I tried to take the dots off of my wall it damaged the paint.

I finally got around to putting these up and they are as cute as the pictures online. The wood is thin, but it doesn't need any strength. I used Loctite FUN-TAC instead of the double sided adhesive these came with.

be prepared to get jump scared the first week of using it thinking your cat is on top of your door out of the corner of your eye, but all in all love it

These were super cute. I immediately got out the spray paint though, and painted the back side, which was plain wood, in order to make them sit the direction I wanted them to face. Easy peasy. They came with a two sided tape strip, but I used a thicker tape that I knew would come off the aluminum without marks and stick well enough on the odd edges i wanted them to sit on, so I can’t comment on the adhesion of the included tape. I think they looked so stinkin’ cute!

The only thing missing was the double sided sticky tape that was said to be included to hang them.
