I’d recommend the Burberry-style check tie over the others, but I don’t think you can go wrong here. The tie bar is a nice bonus, but you might already own a nicer one. It's a great looking tie, no doubt about it. But the fabric is itchy. Luckily it doesn't have a lot of contact with my skin when on over a shirt but does brush my chin from time to time and the texture would bother someone who is sensitive to textures. But well constructed and great looking

This wool feels like that of the USGI Wool Blankets you get in the Army. It's very thick. In person it doesn't look as sharp and clean as the photos. Very fall-ish. Not what I was expecting.
