I need to say that the JPG house has my heart before I write this. I have never been let down by any perfume He has put out. This scent story is incredible. When you first put it on it has an overwhelming honey note, then as it dries down you get some beautiful orange blossom coming through, at least on my skin. I have heard that on some people it smells like straight honey, which honestly with this formula I'd be fine with too. I will say that one spray too much of this will be cloying and this is a very sweet scent, so it isn't for everyone. I find that honey can be pretty polarizing. But that being said, I constantly get compliments when I wear this. This perfume is 100% a winter/cold nighttime fragrance, if you wear this in the summer they will be able to smell you perfume o the other side of the world lol. But in the winter, this is the one I constantly reach for. The sillage is 11/10, it wafts around you without being annoying to the people around you (only in winter/ nighttime!) and the longevity is more or less average, around 5-6 hours on me. The packaging is gorgeous as always, and to me, this is the perfect winter date fragrance. This is also a very sexy scent, most of the compliments I get on this are from guys. if that is what you are going for, I've seen that guys are more fond of orange/orange blossom scents, vanilla/ honey/ sweet gourmand scents, and in the summer very fresh citrusy scents like D&G Light Blue Intense. ALSO****. if you liked the JPG Classique Essence de parfum that was just discontinued, this smells very similar to me, at least on my skin. ... show more

This is my second time purchasing this but first time buying from Amazon the retailer for an expensive perfume. Previously I bought from Walmart this same one. I compared them side by side and they smell the same. I can’t find anywhere else to buy Jean Paul perfumes so I’ve come here. I don’t think this perfume is too overpowering if you don’t spray too much but since guys love it, I’m here for it. Anything to attract the guys. It’s sweet and syrupy and musky. ... show more

I hate how quickly perfume scents fade away. I had been reading up and searching for a perfume that would last and that I didn't hate the smell (why is it that the gross smelling ones are the ones to last so long?). I read about this perfume and the woman raved about how long it lasted. I was surprised by the price, so I figured I would give it a try. I was very happy with the scent and it DOES last a lot longer than the average perfume. I wouldn't say it lasts all day but it is still noticeable when I leave work. I've gotten a lot of comments on the unusual bottle. People often walk over and pick it up when they get the tour of my home.
