Updated: my son figured out how to make it work. He had to get into the app and turn off a "Playlist" of faces. Working better now. Got this for my son's birthday. Mask hardware itself seems good. Lots of faces and designs to use. The software is the problem though; it's suuuper buggy. The faces on the mask keep changing randomly. We've turned off the gesture change capability and it doesn't make a difference. Customization of screens is very janky too. Its hard to build a costume around a face that changes every 3 seconds. No matter what we do, we can't get the faces to stay. Thinking about returning for a more vetted option.

This LED mask is really fun and has a ton of cool features, but I think the regular $70 price is way too high. I actually have the exact same mask from another brand that cost about half as much, and I mean identical, right down to the packaging, buttons, settings and features. Aside from the price, I really like it. It’s easy to set up and use, and the Bluetooth app gives you plenty of different faces, animations and patterns to choose from. You can even customize designs, which makes it fun for Halloween, parties, cosplay or just playing around with different looks. The lights are super bright and vibrant at night and still visible during the day, although the colors don’t stand out quite as much in brighter lighting. It’s also surprisingly comfortable to wear and doesn’t make it difficult to see out of. One thing worth mentioning is that it only charges with the included charging cable. I tried using a fast charging cable, but it wouldn’t charge at all, so make sure to keep the original cable somewhere safe. That’s a little inconvenient since most of my devices use fast chargers. Other than that, I really don’t have any complaints about how the mask performs. It’s fun, comfortable and works well. I just can’t justify paying $70 when an identical mask is available for significantly less. At the sale price of around $40, I think it’s a much more reasonable purchase.

So much fun! this is a Great mask! fully customizable which is a MUST for a display on your face hahaha! Lots of really cool pre-loaded faces which can be changed with the swipe of the hand or set to randomly pop on! Easy to use just a power button, and an up and down selector for the preferred face! The app is kind of rough, hard to use, but once you get used to it, does a lot! I will say this mask is best suited for about 5+ feet away, and in a dimly lit room for best "resolution". Up close it is more difficult to understand what you are looking at! Battery life is great! should last a whole party or trick-or-treat session! USB C charging is great, glad to see devices like this using the new USBC plug as opposed to Micro SD or proprietary plugs!

Overall, this mask is a solid halloween option if you're looking for something with a bunch of out-of-the-box functionality that looks bright and effective in low light. The eye holes are easy to see out of and the foam is substantial but is definitely uncomfortable after a while. It's fairly abrasive foam, so expect some irritation on your face afterwards. The strap loops around the back of the head but there is no strap over the top so it can slide down if it's not tight enough, and if you get it tight enough, the foam will scratch your nose and face. I was disappointed by the requirement of the app for full functionality, as the last thing I need on my phone is another strange app tracking my location, which definitely seems unnecessary. You can cycle through the faces with the button on the back of the mask, which works well enough, but with 115 of them, it can take a while to look through them all. Most of the animations look good, but some of the effect is lost because of the eye holes creating big blank spots in the pattern. Other animations seem to have some sort of glitch that flashes something else on the face every few seconds, which is distracting. Furthermore, this is kind of expensive. For requiring an app and being a bit uncomfortable, it's a lot of money, though you do get a lot of faces for that. It's a decent value for money, but certainly not without its drawbacks.

This is so freaking cool. You can use it with or without the app (which I like). It is good quality and the amount of patterns is really great. Lots of options. Some of the default looks are a little wonky with placement because of shape of the mask and eyehole placement. It can be adjusted with the app. The battery life is good and the image quality is bright and vibrant. This is such a creepy and fun mask. It is surprisingly comfortable to wear even though it is hard plastic. There are foam spacers on it that work perfectly for my face. The elastic headband is adjustable and wide enough to be comfortable. I have to say I think this mask is actually worth the price because of how customizable it is along with good quality.

These are really neat and Ive seen them for a long time. Glad I was finally able to get one. The mask itself is plastic, very light and has many LED's in the face. The eye position is good and you can see through the smoke glass easily. The lights are fairly bright and you can use gestures although it was not clear in the documentation what those gestures are. There is an app where you can configure these for any images you like. You have to pair it and the device requires a precise GPS location to use the app. Was not a fan of that for something that is pairing via bluetooth. The app itself was somewhat easy to use but this was my least favorite experience. The app claims to collect no data but then requires the GPS fix. The other issue I have is that graphics and animations seem haphazard on here and not thought out. They look great but the eye holes break up the look. You could 100% align the eyes properly and place on great graphics with the app. The problem though is that the default ones often look strange because of the eye placement. I feel the vendor should have done this work with the embedded ones you can switch with the buttons on the mask itself. Overall its a fun toy and if you have the time to use the app to create some great faces you'll love this. If you're expecting it to OOTB work perfect then you'll be disappointed as I was.

⭐⭐⭐ I was really excited to try this LED mask because I thought the Bluetooth app control and customizable lights would make it a really fun accessory. Overall, it’s an interesting product and definitely gets attention, but I had some mixed feelings about it, which is why I’m giving it three stars. The LED lights are probably my favorite feature. When the mask is turned on, the lights are bright and colorful, and the different patterns make it fun to use. I like that there are different options to choose from instead of having the same light pattern every time. It’s especially fun in darker rooms where the lights really stand out. The Bluetooth app is a nice idea and adds another level of customization. Being able to control the mask from my phone is convenient, and I like being able to change the colors and effects without having to constantly press buttons on the mask. Once I figured out how everything worked, it was fairly easy to use. However, getting everything connected wasn’t as smooth as I expected. It took me a little while to get the Bluetooth connection working properly, and the app was occasionally slower to respond than I would have liked. Sometimes I had to reconnect before I could change the settings. It’s not a huge issue once you get everything working, but it was a little frustrating during the setup process. The mask itself is lightweight and has a cool futuristic appearance. It definitely stands out and would be fun for parties, Halloween, concerts, festivals, photos, or just messing around with friends. I’ve gotten several comments about it because the lights make it look really unique. I do wish the fit and comfort were a little better. Depending on how long I wear it, it can start to feel slightly uncomfortable. I also think the mask could have been made with a little more durable materials because some of the components feel somewhat delicate. The battery life was okay for my use, but I think it could be improved. If you’re planning to use the mask for a long event, I would recommend making sure it’s fully charged beforehand. The brightness is also good, although I sometimes wished the lights were a little more consistent across all of the different patterns. Overall, this is a fun and unique LED mask with some really cool features. The customizable lighting and Bluetooth app make it more interesting than a basic light-up mask, and the futuristic look is definitely eye-catching. However, the connection issues, comfort, and overall build quality kept it from being a five-star product for me. It’s still a fun purchase if you’re looking for something entertaining for parties, events, costumes, or taking pictures. With a more reliable app connection, improved comfort, and a sturdier design, I think this could easily be a much better product.

I purchased the Light up Mask Halloween Costumes Mask,115 Patterns and DIY Face,Gifts for Halloween Christmas Birthday Cosplay,Toys for Kids Teens Adults. The mask is really fun and simple to use. It turns on eaily with a much of a button and changing the images is just as easy. My children love playing with this and using all of thw different faces. I'm still learning to use the app features to create my own images. This mask would be perfect for a dress up party.
