I purchased these wine glasses 3 years ago and they have remained intact. I am a frequent wine enjoyer (2-8 bottles weekly) and frankly don't understand the complaining of some customers. It's crystal not plastic. You need to be careful with your glasses. What I most like is the chance to enjoy aged wines, either white or red, and they develope wonderfuly in these glassses. I strongly recomend them if you don't want to pay $50 plus for a glass of wine but you want style and achievement when it comes to enjoy the wine you are going to sip ... show more

I did a comparison, I tried the same Pinot Noir wine in this glass and another wine glass I bought at Ikea. There was no comparison, this wine smelled better and tasted better from this glass. I was amazed at how much the glass enhances the experience. But, the glass is very weak, one has broke while cleaning the glasses; I tried so carefully to clean these glasses. In my guessimation I had 4 nights of drinking with these glasses, if they are $22 for the pair, each one is $11, I got my $3 worth each night from the broken glass. ... show more
