Awesome skates! I’m glad I read what one of the reviewers mentioned about the misleading sizes listed. It’s a little confusing to list a Women’s size 11 AND Adult size 11. My instinct would have been to order the Women’s 11, but another reviewer did that and received children’s skates. She had to send them back and order the Adult 11.     • Good boot, but blades were not attached evenly on one foot, and skates felt unbalanced.

The skate boots were comfortable enough , though run somewhat larger and wider than the measurement Instructions suggested. Had to replace for the smaller size.. However blades were attached unevenly on left vs right foot, so skates did not feel very balanced and caused the left ankle fall/twist to the left. Let me start by saying if you order WOMENS size 11 you will get TODDLER size skates, not womens size. Order ADULT. I got toddler size skates TWICE when choosing the womens size 11 option. Decided to try one more time with adult size 11 and got the correct size. The skates themselves are very well made, comfy, warm, and are great on ice. I just use them recreationally for skating with my kids. Love the skates, frustrated by the inaccurate size options. ... show more

After one 30 minute skating session, one of the metal lace grommets popped off. The skates seem comfortable and definitely lighter weight than rentals, but lacing is such an important part of skating that we are disappointed in the durability. Also had an issue with the seller not honoring this as a warranty repair and offering to take it back with the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranty is 6 months and states to contact the seller... disappointing and frustrating. Amazon also won't stand behind this from a customer perspective, which is lame. ... show more
