I bought these earbuds after buying a pair for my spouse. The moment I tried them, I can truly say I was blown away. The first pair I bought brand new for $169. This pair (refurbished) was $119. I can’t tell any difference between them. The base and treble were both better than I was expecting. Better than the wired Bose earbuds I own. The app that comes with them works great as well. There was even an update on the firmware. Surprising, but I like the idea they can be improved through updates. I normally don’t take the time to rate products unless they are really bad (so I can warn people) or it is exceptionally good. In this case the latter. Bottom line......I will buy another pair if anything bad happens to them. Amazon is very good about taking things back if you don’t like it. Trust me you won’t be sending these back. And no, I do not work for Jabra, I wasn’t given any discount or compensation for this review. I paid full price and I am pleased with them. ... show more

    • Cheaper Pair Outperformed These
I purchased two pairs of these as gifts for my son and daughter-in-law. My son is a audiophile, who's always on the lookout for a better pair of earbuds, so he was very excited to get these and test them out. He currently has a pair of Tranya wireless earbuds that he bought here on Amazon for $40, so I asked him to compare the two and give me his honest feedback. Results: He said the Tranya's actually outperformed these in almost every category. The only good thing he could find to say about these was that they stayed in his ears well. 😖 We were both disappointed to learn that these were an epic fail, compared to the cheaper pair, especially considering the price difference between the two. I'm returning both pairs, and in this case, paying the return shipping fees to do so. :( ... show more

After many shipping issues I finally got these a week later than promised. Popped them in played some music and in 5 minutes lost sound in the right earbud. Everything functions on it (play, pause, etc) just no sound. I was really excited to get my hands on these and now my whole experience is soured. That this comes refurbished with Jabra's certification leaves a lot to wonder about their quality control. I'm going to return and maybe get a replacement, or just go for a different brand. ... show more

    • If you listen to music and have no one to call, this is for you.
Sound quality is amazing for music listening despite supporting only up to AAC (no aptx). However, call quality is extremely poor. It picks up more environment noise than my voice, which is annoying because the four microphones are supposed to do a good job on canceling noise. It terms of call quality, it does exactly the opposite of what Jabra claims it can do in the promotional video that starts with two people talking on a train. I don't know if it has anything to do with mine being a refurbished unit. ... show more

Sound quality is amazing and strong battery life. One of the greatest features, which doesn't seem to be advertised very well, is the hear through feature that allows outside/ambient sounds to be pumped through the earpiece. If you want to block out ambient noise, simply turn it off. I use these at work all the time and turn the hear through feature on so that I can hear if anyone is trying to talk to me or get my attention. You can adjust how loud the ambient noise is projected using the app. Works great with Google Assistant as well. I've tried several of the low cost earbuds in the past. Audio quality is always poor and they just don't last. I finally decided to get a quality set of earbuds and couldn't be happier. Can't recommend them enough. ... show more

    • Fantastic! None better
These are absolutely the best BT ear buds I have ever tried. The sound quality, features, bass response, fit and look are outstanding. I really can't compare them to the white stick ear buds, as I am an android user, but I do own 4 other pairs of BT buds, and these are far and away the best. I wasn't initially impressed, but once I put on the larger ear tips, the fit was tight and the sound quality improved drastically. When traveling, I can easily pair them to my phone and my Surface, so switching between music and movies is simple. I have historically relied on Sony MDR-XB50AP Extra Bass wired ear buds for music, but now these are my go to buds for everything. Thanks Jabra! I love them! ... show more

    • Great for calls!
I wanted some truly wireless earbuds that would work well for calls. I had tried some others (about a year ago, so they may have improved) and had several problems. The other options--and I tried some premium ones--had a great deal of latency (delay) which was very noticeable when watching video, AND/OR had sound for phone calls only coming out of one ear, AND/OR had poor microphone quality. The Jabra Elite 65t Earbuds are EXCELLENT in all 3 of these areas. Some of the others might have had better sound quality, hard to compare that now, but these are certainly not bad in that area. Overall, I'm very happy with these and would recommend. Only two issues: 1) they are a tad uncomfortable in my ears after a short time and 2) there's no convenient place to keep them when you take them out. That second issue is more of a form factor problem--I used to have a headset with a neck band, and that was quite convenient for taking the buds out. At least there is the charging case, but that's one more thing to carry around. Guess I'll have to live with that problem until someone figures a way to "beam" the sound right into my head! ... show more
