Beautiful, elegant dress. Bought for my sons wedding in July. Lightweight & covers my arms (problem area). I bought a smaller size just so I didn’t have to pay to have it altered. Got the second dress today and I’m glad I didn’t get it first. I would have totally not even considered it. It was TWICE the size. Could barely hang on the hanger. Looked worn and the beads were falling off. I loved this dress! You can tell when I laid the smaller size on top of the bigger one it’s almost twice the size. Sigh. Until I find something else I’ll hang onto the bigger size. I would think with this cost I wouldn’t have to have it altered. If I find something else I’ll send it back too. Love the dress. Tried several sizes. Ended up with a 16P. I am 5’4’ and short waisted. An inch taken up at the shoulder made the empire waist fall just right with ample flow on the bottom of the dress.
