The color is perfect but like other reviewers have commented the beading is already starting to come undone. It does come with a tiny packet of beads to sew on. Thing is the beading is sewn in such a way that pulling a lose thread will unravel all the beading for a whole line. Be careful not to pull any threads. Instead check to see where the thread leads to and immediately sew it to keep it from unraveling. I think this is one of those dresses to wear once (daughter’s wedding) and give it away for someone else to have fun sewing more beads on.

I need a dress for my daughter’s upcoming wedding, and dreaded shopping for one. I’m a bit hard to fit, being short and curvy. Plus, I’m in my late 60s and not every mother-of-the bride gown is appropriate or flattering. I crossed my fingers and ordered and IT FITS! Like a dream! I normally wear a 14-16 petite, small shoulders, fuller bust and mid section. This fits fabulously and the color is exactly as shown in the photos. I don’t even have to hem it. It does skim a little closer to the thighs for me, but that’s where I tend to curve out some. It’s not snug by any means, it is just a soft, flowing fabric and tends to rest at my curve there. I would order from this company again, and now I have hope that I’ll be invited to more formal events so that I can!

I ended up returning this item because it tended to slip off my shoulders. It was a Size 10 so perhaps a Sz 8 would've worked. But, I was running out of time and found a different Jkara dress (top more elaborate and cobalt blue) at my local Dillard's in Size 10 that fit perfectly. I highly recommend them but perhaps order a couple of sizes if you can return for free.

I wanted to love this, but decided to return it. It's not really flattering, since it's column shape and the seams look lumpy on sides. Draws attention to my problem hip/upper thigh areas, and not what I want. The top is beautiful though.
