When I opened the received parcel I could see how careful the boards and panels were packaged and labeled. The included assembly instruction was by pictures only and super easy to follow. Step 1. Was not in the directions. Various steps throughout the instructions were woefully inadequate. More of a trial and error fiasco really. Not having any directions for step 1. I gave it my best guess and proceeded any way. Eventually I had to partially disassemble and correct what should have been step 1. Very frustrating as much of the assembly was unnecessarily, over complicated. Especially with out proper illustrations and proper identification of the components as well as the hardware. When all was said and done this $135.00 dollar cabinet is a wobbly, unstable piece of junk. I have assembled dozens upon dozens of prefab cabinets, bookshelves and display type cases. This was by far one of the worst pieces of junk that I have ever assembled...……. 0 out of 10 !!! Buyer Beware on this one !!!! P.S. Substandard Quality of the components as well as the hardware. Pure junk !!! ... show more

My experience with this cabinet started out unhappily. One of the pieces was missing, while we had 2 of another piece. After a bit of back and forth with the seller, the company sent us a whole new cabinet! The cabinet was not the easiest to assemble, but I'm really pleased with the results. At one point we had to disassemble the H-shaped part that holds the drawers because we hadn't noticed that the holes were not the same distance from the edge on the front and the back. That was our fault, though, since allowance was being made for the sliding back panel. The customer service was very helpful (although the interface through Amazon is tedious--not iWell's fault). Overall I'm very pleased with it. I'm using it behind my desk to neaten up my WFH space. ... show more

This thing is horrible all around. -clearly arrived as a return item that someone had attempted to put together. -extremely over priced, it’s glorified cardboard -obsessive amount of hardware - one piece was labeled wrong, after trying 427 different configurations it made me open a beer at 10:36 am. -it’s so light and rickety that they provide a mesh strap so you can attach it to the wall…. Classy. -one of the back pieces (there are two pieces to assemble. when there only needs to be one, ridiculous) had an unnecessary moon shaped hole in the bottom? I guess from someone else attempting to put together the cardboard cabinet before me? -one of the weird pieces of the excessive hardware came broken. -the seam on the two pieces in the back is a cheap black plastic piece of rubber that’s a total eyesore if you don’t have much on the shelf. Bottom line- everything about this cabinet is ridiculous. I wouldn’t even spend $5 on this thing at a yard sale. And you know how much you’re about to spend on it so…. just throwing this out there. Buyer beware. Not "wood" as described, this is cheapest grade manufactured wood (aka "particle board"). Absolutely cheap grade garbage not worth half the extremely expensive price. The hardware is so robust the particle board pieces barely hold up so it's rickety and not at all solid. It's warped, the packaging is a complete mess and the instructions were not included with the item. I would absolutely return it but it's assembled now. Amazon needs to change the brief product description to reflect what this is actually made of. It's a bait and switch as it stands now. ... show more

There were a few things I put together backwards but I got it all figured out. The bottoms of the drawers were missing but after contacting the seller they responded within an hour and were sending me what I needed! I use this for my essential oils and diy stuff so it could be just a tad bit bigger for me but I make it work! Just look at the measurements of stand BEFORE you order it and go off that with an actual tape measure... you’ll know exactly what to expect as far as size! ... show more

I needed a cabinet to put all my cat’s stuff and this was actually perfect. It took me almost 2h to assemble it, since it was my first time doing something as complex as this one, but I’m very handy and usually do everything by myself. I saw some reviews about parts arriving scratched or broken but that wasn’t my case; even though one of the parts was scratched, it doesn’t bother me since it’s inside and can’t be seen. Overall it’s a great cabinet and won’t take too much space at the same time it’s spacious and can keep all my cat’s toys, food, and belongings in one space. It’s heavy and feels sturdy after assembly but I’d be careful to move it anyways. ... show more

I have ordered 2 of these one a couple months ago(no damage, perfect loved it) an another I just received yesterday. The second one came in a very damaged box, with a few damaged and scratched up pieces. I will keep it and touch it up best I can. As I don't wanna mess with a return. UPDATE; Customer service was wonderful at helping out and giving partial refund for 2nd damaged cabinet. Will def buy a 3rd if need to later. These cabinets are beautiful and easy to assemble! ... show more
