We decided to replace our older garbage can for several reasons and after the reviews we saw for the iTouchless trash can, it figured to be a solid upgrade. When we received our trash can, the lid would open just fine but on the way down it seemed to stutter a bit. I reached out via amazon and they were very prompt in responding to me and after just a few messages, we had a replacement lid shipped out to us. It really is a great product and I love how it keeps the odor at bay. My favorite feature is that it has vents to facilitate pulling out the bag, so instead of wrestling with my garbage can like I used to, this one glides right out. ... show more

It's a great product. But it will not take standard-size trash bags, which are too small. You'll have to order 20-30 gallon-sized bags. You'll also need to order the replacement filters from iTouchless.
