When it first arrived, it was packaged LG. Yet I soon discovered by trying them on and then checking the size on the bottom of the slipper that they were actually MED. I immediately looked to see return policy and what to do. I took them to my UPS --- and they handled it immediately. Within two-three days I received the correct size AND they fit perfectly. I was so excited to get new slippers because I am obsessed with moccasin slippers. I wear 5-6 women's usually and when I tried this on, I could not even get half of my small foot into the slipper! I really had to yank it on! The slipper was way too tight. My toes felt crushed. It felt like my foot was in a vice. It also was not soft!! BOOOO!!! None of these are good qualities for a slipper, obviously. Sent back for a refund. ... show more
