this paper seems quite nice! The roll I got is a little too small for the area I need to cover, so I haven't stuck it up on a wall so far. I might use it to line the back of a bookcase or on small piece of decor. I really like that the ferns are a nice size and not too small, which always looks childish to me. My kitchen cabinets were sorely overdue for an upgrade on the contrast paper and this did the job beautifully. I ordered the "black/green" pattern. However, the coloring of the leaves is not green like the photo. It is more brownish and gray on a black background. It could be called silver and gold. The undertones on the greyish part is maybe a muted teal blue color. I still like it anyway, enough to order twice as much as I did before so I can do the top cabinets as well. The only actual drawback is that printed grid on the back of the contact paper is in metric units rather than imperial (centimeters instead of inches). I just used a measuring tape to make sure I was cutting it to the right size. The grid lines came in very handy and installation was a success. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This contact paper looks a lot like a Rifle Paper Co. print. Obviously, i ran out of paper. Eek! I’ve never applied contact paper before and although this was a little bit frustrating, I’d say it would still be good for a beginner. You can peel it on and off without hurting the drywall or paint underneath. It doesn’t have a tacky glue stickiness. It’s more like an actual sticker. I found that it didn’t line up as easily as I expected it to. You would think because of the print being busy that you would be able to line it up without it being obvious where there were missed steps, however, I found that I ended up needing to use a lot more paper than I expected just so I could get it to line up. The repetition of the pattern doesn’t necessarily make it easier for you to repeat on the next application. I don’t know if that makes sense. I definitely suggest buying more than you need. An extra roll at least to account for mistakes, and/or needing to readjust like I said previously. The bubbles come out easily and it is reasonably thick. I wouldn’t use it on a surface that gets a lot of use. It rips easily if it gets nicked. ... show more

This wallpaper has all the ease of installation as your basic contact paper. Measure and cut to length and apply. It's a quick and easy way to change an entire room. We turned our blah guest bathroom into a moody vintage regency affair with the help of this wallpaper and gold accents. I originally wanted the green and black version instead of the one labeled green to go with the gold fixtures and accents in the bathroom and throughout the home, but I accidentally ordered the green version, I am glad that I did as it allows the wallpaper to be its own thing and pairs well with the gold finishings and accessories still. I was kind of concerned because I've seen reviews of other temp wallpapers that looked awful or fell off quickly, but I was so happy with this result! It took me a while to get a test area up as I'm hanging this by myself in a room with low angled ceilings and an odd-shaped window (Probably not the best choice on my part, but I want it wallpapered!). I finally got my first section straight and after that, it applied very easily. It wasn't easy to line up the pattern perfectly when applying the second section. I was able to get what appeared to be perfectly aligned at the top, but somehow by the bottom it was no longer lining up. But hey, perfection is the enemy of good enough. When I stepped back and looked at it, it was really hard to tell. Showed it to my bf and he didn't even notice. The pattern is busy enough that it hides mistakes well. The paper has been applied for 4 days now and is still well adhered and smooth. No issues! I also did a small patch to test removal and after 4 days it came off without damaging the wall or paint underneath and left no residue. Things I learned: This is easier with 2 people. Be sure to press the paper into corners such as against ceilings, walls or trim before cutting away excess with an exacto. Buy more paper than you expect you need. Like I'd say at least 15-20% more because you will waste paper in order to match the pattern (There's no avoiding it). Save waste paper for crafts or other projects! ... show more

I finally got this wallpaper installed into my bathroom after being too busy for awhile. It was worth the wait! I have 12 foot ceilings so the strips I used are quite long, and that can be a concern for peel and stick wallpapers with weaker adhesive. A lot of times it's own weight will bring it down, especially in a moist environment like a bathroom. It's been a week and we've had zero issues with peeling or bubbling at all. We do shower with the door open, for ventilation, but the walls still get misty. So far this wallpaper is holding up perfectly. It was easy to install. It's thick enough to not rip easily, and to mask the texture of my apartment walls. It's also thin enough to lay totally flush to the wall surface and have the benefit of being lightweight. The colors are rich and the graphics are crisp. Very nice, I love it! ... show more
