I ordered two mirrors for my double vanity. One of the mirrors worked great, the other had minor issues. I contacted the vendor and they were very responsive and offered to either pay for repairs or replace it. I had them send me a new one and that one came damaged by the shipping company. This mirror works every bit as expected. I just had a bathroom remodel done and had the contractor hard wire this in. It’s a beautiful addition and provides the lighting I need for makeup, dressing, etc. I shopped around and this same mirror at Lowe’s and Home Depot is 200 more! This is a way better deal!! Overall, I'm happy enough with the mirror and it was necessary for me due to painting by bathroom a medium/darker blue. The black edges have multiple imperfections, I can't tell if it's from touching up the frame but it looks like thin clear glue on it, they are small spots at least. One small nick on the bottom of the frame that I will have to touch up myself. The anti-fogging works pretty well but I get a little bit on the top corners. The media could not be loaded. This replaced a builder grade mirror I had and really changed the whole feel of the bathroom. I did have an electrician hardwire a plug behind it for a cleaner installation.

I put this in my bedroom where I do my makeup, the lighting is very dim and I need to unplug it every night as the controls are brighter than the lights, I would have sent it back but too hard to repack, I wouldn’t advise any one to buy this unless they have really good lighting in the room
