This is an extremely reliable E bike. We have owned three before only because one was stolen. Altogether at least 1000 miles on the oldest bike with only one issue being a flat after nailing a piece of sidewalk that the Earth had pushed up. One of the bikes made it over and the other got a flat. If you are in a pinch or you’re tired of peddling to work and it is within range, it is an easy investment. They are so small that you can put in the trunk backseat or even passenger seat of any car folded up. I don’t see any regrets with this purchase.

It's fun so far, wish it had a rack, taller then expected, so I gotta use my tip toes to use it, maybe with a new seat post or something I could have it even lower somehow, we will see, it's as low as I can get it so far, the seat hurts my booty so I will replace that at some point anyway, trying to figure out a rack I can add for my son to sit in the back or groceries etc depending on if he wants me to take him around the complex or if I need to make a quick grocery run, also it cant really go uphill, it will go slow walking speed up a hill while sounding like it's really struggling, and that's just with me on it and I'm tiny 🥹 I'm in an area of "all steep and non steep hills everywhere, so it can take a while to get somewhere, no shock absorbing, so you really feel every crack and crevice, also, no refunds even if it hasn't shipped yet, so be sure it's what you want before you click that button ok

Made it work for a nine year after old! I have been looking for a good e bike for a youth boy for a while . For his size I could only find toddler style bikes . I bought this one at a 14” in hopes it would be the one . Couldn’t beat the price . When I got it I was bummed because it was a little tall for his size . I ended up jig sawing the seat pedestal and the one off the bike by just a few inches . Instant youth bike ! My son loves it !

I purchased the U1 with complete satisfaction. I use the bike for city commuting and it works wonderfully! hits the 20mph on the roads and battery charges super fast! I did contact customer service for a back brake that must've broke off when I was ridding. I recommend just like any other bike, do not smash the brakes like no tomorrow on your first 2-3 rides. Customer service was very understanding and they replaced it along with a reimbursement of any additional parts I may have needed (tiny screw) Other then that this bike runs great. Fits right in my trunk, bit heavy but nothing too crazy. It handles grass, roads, gravel like a champ!

So I bought this bike, very nice quality but the power output was not enough for me. That’s is totally my fault that I needed a specific power output for my use. I contacted support to get a refund and the customer support was amazing! I was very suprised with the fast replies, carrying replies, and the help they gave me. I couldn’t be a more happier customer and will be a future customer for them. I highly recommend and trust this manufacture to rely on with support and their product.

An excellent option for ebike U1 model is the right price, very nice drive, charge is good for 2 days or so when fully charged in our experience. We love it and would highly consider getting it again in the future hopefully a larger tire next time, we got the 14" tires.

Hi there, I'm a college student who was in desperate need of figuring out transport to and from school. I received your e-bike recently, optimistic form the reviews, the ratings and the e bike ranking I cut the package right open. While it was packaged and presented as a new bike, right off the bat I noticed a couple scratches as well as some wear and tear. The product was no put up as fairly used in the description, but I didn't mind too much even if I was not happy. I put the bike together to test it, because I was not too worried about a couple scratches. Right away, no matter how much to tighten the seat, it always fell down. I taught I could figure something out or just leave it low and ride with the motor to remove some effort from my quads. So I leave it to charge for a couple hours while it was 3 bars away from full charge, I check the bar again after charging it doesn't move. So I assumed maybe the power displayed meant something else, like the power output from the motor available or something. To prevent it from overcharging, I leave the bike unplugged overnight and let it rest so it can run well the next morning for the purpose I purchased it for, to catch the bus and get to school without using uber or lyft. The next morning comes, I zoom off optimistically to catch my 7am bus to downtown. It runs fine but I noticed the bars dropped by 4 overnight, but I thought it was fine if it was just the power output, I keep going. I started the notice the bike going slower and slower, from 12mph it dipped down to 10 from 10 to 8 all the while I was trying to catch the bus. Long story short, I end up calling a uber to school. I read the manual again t make sense of what was going on, I found out that the battery had died. The max speed it as getting at was 5mph, I missed the bus and everything was going wrong. With no chance to go back home and recharge because I assumed it was fully charged so I left my charger back home. Not too worried, decided to just ride on manual on my way back home. A 24minute bike ride took me twice the time, the amount tension I got on my quad muscles were really high for just paddling a short amount of time, after a while the bike handle bar began to get loose and shaky. The bar that attaches the paddle to the bike also began to come loose, so I had to stop and tighten it with my fingers a couple times to stop it from wobbling. It became unrideable in just the second day of use just 4 miles later, I had to walk home with it. Now I got home tired but hopeful that I can fix the issues. I grab the Allen wrench the tighten the handle, the biggest sized wrench I received in the tool set worked but there was no tool kit available to tighten the pedals attacher that come loose. I just struggled to do what I could with my fingers. I was still puzzled how the battery could die so fast even while the manual promised 60 days of battery life if it was just used on manual. I did all I was supposed to do I charged it for around 5hrs, I used the right adapter it came with, I didn't try to turn it on while charging. So I left it to charge for 3+ hrs and go back to check if it was really charging because there is no indicated anywhere that shows if the bike is in charge. To my surprise it did not move a bar, it just showed the one bar blinking like it did 3hrs before. Now I want to say I am disappointed but I really just want to know what next step to take. I need to get to school without spending a lot of money a week on rideshares, I can't afford to order another bike and wait days for it to arrive while also returning this bike. I don't know if I can even return this bike or what to do next with it. This has shattered all my plans and hopes for these next week. The only product I have ever reviewed
