Fairly satisfied with this purchase. The quality of the wood is obviously questionable, but I have a 55 lb fish tank sitting on that top shelf. Looks to be holding very well, and got it mounted to the wall with dry wall screws, which are included. Design a little meh. The metal sidebar doesn’t have much style to it but I’ll throw some draping plants up top to hide some of the sharpness. Good purchase for the price point. ... show more

Okay so it definitely took a friend and I two hours to build and we had many “aha!” moments… but it was worth it for sure! It is very sturdy and professional looking. Word of advice — make sure all end poles are facing the correct direction or you’ll end up having to take it apart if you want to put the X poles on the back lol… Need: Allen wrench and screwdriver ... show more

It took me a while to decide what bookcases to buy. These are working out just wonderfully. They are sturdy, functional, and very simply designed. If you just want to put books on them, or fancy them up a little with plants or tchotchkes you can’t go wrong.

Important note: I MANAGED TO BUILD THIS but it was a little difficult on my own and in what I had assumed, before beginning this, was a spacious part of the intended room. i hit the roof once assembling it, but it's nothing a little spackle won't cover. Would definitely buy again, though, sturdy with good instructions. That said, I HIGHLY recommend having help when putting together. Super pleased with how it looks! Would buy again. ... show more
