  • Great size for mending threadbare bedsheet
Size: Three-Pack
Bought this specifically to mend a run/tear in a much liked, soft bedsheet that we were not ready to toss. Size of the patch was perfect for the task! Great adhesion, and it has held up though half dozen washes so far. Very good value, too.

  • Edges ,They tend to curl a little.
Size: Three-Pack
They stay well. I used them on a heavy cloth. They have been machine washed, holding up great .

  • Used to patch fitted sheet
Size: Three-Pack
Works well to patch torn fitted sheet. Guest’s rough heels & toenails of feet tore rough holes in sheet.

  • Fell off in wash
Size: Three-Pack
These were used to mend holes in some white jeans. They worked great, until we washed them. After waiting a few days from the time they were ironed on, they came completely off in the wash.

  • Does the Job
Size: Three-Pack
I bought a brand new set of Biltmore sheets and was so disappointed when I accidentally tore a small hole in the corner of the sheet when it caught on screw. Well I used this on my sheets praying it would save them and it surely did. I have washed them several times and the patch is holding up perfect. It is even in the corner where I have to stretch the sheet over the side of the mattress and it is holding perfect. So thankful. These saved my $150 sheets.. ... show more

  • Great price. Very good mending patch material.
Size: Three-Pack
If you are looking for a heavy duty patch material which will be under relatively heavy stress, this is not what you want. This is a relatively light patch material which is perfect for those small holes in clothing. Just cut out a patch, then iron it on. Just ironing it on should give you a good bond, but you can also sew it along the edge just to make sure. Unlike some patching material, you can sew through this with no problems. You can also mend longer tears and cuts but match the material composition to the patch and you may want to sew it. My most recent patching job was to a pair of brand new uniform pants I was given. The material was quite a bit heavier than that of my usual patching efforts, but it all still worked well. Of course the sewing made sure that the patch material would hold. My problem was that the former owner had cut the legs to fit his somewhat shorter height so there was barely enough material for a 3/8 inch hem. I cut two long strip of this material 1.5 inches wide, then folded them in half, hot-iron bonded them to each leg and, finally, sewed them to each leg all of which lengthened the legs and will keep them from fraying. Then I sewed the hem as it would usually be done. The lengthening does not show because it is inside the pant legs and the pant legs are now long enough. In the past I have usually purchased this material in much smaller squares so it was nice to have this much larger piece. I have used the material to patch all sorts of things. Getting three pieces for just slightly more than the price of one was a great deal. If you are mending something like a shirt, cut the patch out with a pinking shears which will help the patch blend into the material and the outline will be less likely to show through the material. Experiment a bit to see what heat is best with your iron. ... show more

  • canvas patch

would well in repairing my canvas umbrella cover.

  • Not as durable as I had hoped!
Size: Three-Pack
Used it inside denim shorts to close up the holes they came with. They still look scruffy; but, they’re much more durable. Washed the shorts and had to Teutonic the tape back down because it didn’t stick to the fabric!
